• Lack of commitment:

You will never gain respect, result and success without a strong commitment.

• Fear of conflict:

Like a good movie, conflict should be expected at any meeting when a group gets together to improve a situation.

• Absence of trust:

The basic reason for failure in any organization. You need to trust your team members.
