The pleasures that saké can bring as a simple beverage are evident throughout this website. It can also be used, with great success, to create some interesting cocktails or saké fruit infusions and will enhance the flavors of any food. However, remember that like using wine for cooking, it is not necessary to use a Château Petrus, for instance, to make a great tasting sauce or sangria; likewise with saké, one need not use Ginjo and Daiginjo brews. Stick with anything below Junmai and Honjozo grade saké.
Coming soon, you will find some great saké recipes created by some of the countries top chefs and mixologists.
